Terms of Service

OneQuickWybe is a place where people who need odd jobs done (posters) meet people who do them (taskers). We provide the listings, offers and tools to connect you.

We are not a party to the job itself. The agreement to do a job is between the poster and the tasker. Taskers are independent and are not our employees or agents. We don't supervise the work and can't guarantee its quality, safety, or that it gets done.

• You must be 18 or older.
• Use your real name and keep your details accurate.
• One account per person. Don't share it or sign in as someone else.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.

• Describe jobs honestly, including anything a tasker should know about safety.
• Make offers you intend to honour, and turn up for jobs you've agreed to.
• If plans change, tell the other person as soon as you can, and cancel the job or withdraw your offer in the app.

You may not use OneQuickWybe to:

• post or take on anything illegal under the laws of The Bahamas — including theft, trespass, or anything involving weapons or drugs;
• harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone;
• scam people, ask for payment up front under false pretences, or impersonate someone;
• post spam, adverts unrelated to a real job, or other people's private information;
• copy our content in bulk, interfere with the service, or try to get around our security.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without notice, and report illegal activity to the Royal Bahamas Police Force.

Right now, posters pay taskers directly — for example by cash or bank transfer — and OneQuickWybe does not handle or hold the money. Agree the price in advance, and sort out any payment disagreement between yourselves. If we start handling payments in future, we'll update these terms and tell you first.

Use good judgement when meeting someone, letting them into your home, or going to theirs. Ratings and any verification badges help, but they aren't a guarantee about anyone. If something feels wrong, don't go ahead, and report it to us.

You own what you post. You give us permission to display it on OneQuickWybe and use it to run the service. You're responsible for making sure you're allowed to post it.

OneQuickWybe is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and accurate, but we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for the actions of posters or taskers, for work done or not done, or for loss or damage arising from jobs arranged through OneQuickWybe. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited under Bahamian law.

You can stop using OneQuickWybe at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@onequickwybe.com. How we handle your data afterwards is explained in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as OneQuickWybe grows. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, and the courts of The Bahamas will deal with any dispute about them.
